Administration Team Member

Are you organised, friendly, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Bubble'n'Kick Swim School is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Team Member to help create a welcoming experience for our families.

​

Availability: 

​

• Afternoon and evening shifts

• Weekend availability preferred

• Flexible roster available

Ideal Hours:

• Casual position

• Approximately 10–20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

​

• Welcoming families and providing outstanding customer service.

• Managing enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Processing bookings, enrolments, and payments.

• General administration and reception duties.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area.

• Supporting our instructors and leadership team with day-to-day operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Is friendly, reliable, and professional.

• Can work independently and as part of a team.

• Uses initiative and has strong problem-solving skills.

• Is organised with great attention to detail.

• Has basic computer and administration skills.

• Enjoys working with children and families.

• Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
